Project Task Management

As this project continues, tasks and their progress will be monitored closely. This project is placed under a strict timeline, with little free time to spare. Therefore, it is pertinent that the project remains on schedule. Below is a list describing the ongoing tasks, fit with tentative dates of completion. A list describing the tasks to be completed in the future has also been added to support project feasibility.

Ongoing tasks:

Printing secondary prototypes (Completion date: March 10th)
Testing all printed prototypes (Completion date: End of March)
Making phantom gel (Completion date: March 10th)
Testing environment setup (Completion date: March 13th)
Finite element analysis (FEA) (Completion date: March 17th)

Future Tasks:

Deflection and thermal testing for prototypes using gel & testbed (Completion date: March 22)
Final prototyping (Completion date: April 10th)
Testing final prototypes (Completion date: April 24th)

These future task completion dates will be specified more accurately as the project progresses.
